EXPERIENCE-BASED BRANDING
WITH ARIELLE AND LENOR

Lenor/Ariel 2025

At a baby and mother exhibition, everything competes for attention: a multitude of colors, noises and brands try to appeal to visitors and potential buyers. In such an environment, a booth only becomes truly memorable if it is not just present, but provides an experience.

Goal / task

Introducing and consciously positioning the Ariel and Lenor Sensitive product lines among the family target group. The goal was to strengthen engagement among existing users and gather fresh consumer and market insights through direct, personal interactions.

Challenges

In a busy, stimulating expo environment, we had to implement activities that went beyond the classic stand experience and encouraged visitors to engage in real interaction and playful participation. The amount of products available was limited, and we had to regulate access in a way that would create a positive experience for visitors to the stand.

Implementation

We implemented a multi-element, experiential on-site program that simultaneously aimed to increase engagement and convey brand messages.

The main elements of the creative exhibition space:
– Branded photo wall visual experience and shareable content.
– Consumer questionnaire, in which visitors could actively participate, providing valuable insights for brands.
– Wheel of Fortune: a playful program with prize products.
– “Tapifal” (Soft touch station), which interactively presented the softness of Sensitive products.
